Mixcraft is a complete and inexpensive software package for music
mixing. You can also use it for .WAV to .MP3 file conversion, sound
effects and editing. Information at www.acoustica.com.
Exact Audio Copy is a freeware program for ripping tracks from
CDs. It's very easy to set up, provides information about
downloading the LAME encoder and it links to freedb.org for
automatically getting CD track information. The site is www.exactaudiocopy.de.
People can find information about the Squeezebox music system at
www.logitech.com and the Pandora site for the Pandora music creation
project and making their own customized "radio stations" from a seed
artist at www.pandora.com.
